Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States (all 50 states). We don't ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the US at this time.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). Once shipped, delivery usually takes business days. During the holiday season, carriers can be slower than usual.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also check it on our Track order page.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days or your package hasn't arrived within 20 business days of your order, email us at and we'll resend your order or refund you.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address in PayPal before paying. If you made a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to fix it before it ships.
