Orders and pricing
All prices are in US dollars. We may correct pricing errors and may cancel an order affected by an obvious error, with a full refund. An order is confirmed once payment is completed.
Products
We try to describe and show our products accurately. Colors and details can vary slightly from photos. Use products as intended and follow safety instructions. For example, remove ice cleats before walking on smooth indoor floors.
Shipping and refunds
Shipping is described in our Shipping policy, and returns and refunds in our Refund policy.
Payments
Payments are processed by PayPal and are subject to PayPal's terms. If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first. We resolve most issues within 48 hours.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after the update.
